Notice log: official changes that touch either order, with read dates
Hipobuy notices and screen changes that affect agent or forwarding orders, what we re-read and when, and how to report something that has moved.
The menu that leads to each order has changed twice
Hipobuy's own help images show the route to each order under three different labels. A forwarding tutorial image from March 2025 shows a top menu with DIY Order and, under More, Forwarding. A beginner guide image from August 2025 shows Fill&buy and Forwarding together under More, and another from the same guide shows the homepage buttons under the search bar labelled Fill&buy and Forwarding. The live homepage in October 2026 shows Custom Order and Forwarding Order as two buttons under the search bar.
If a tutorial you are following shows a menu that is not on your screen, look for the same two services under the newer names.
The March 2025 version is still embedded in the forwarding tutorial today, so both images are current help-centre content even though neither matches the live menu.
Notices worth knowing before either order
Hipobuy's notice board changes often, and most of it is promotion. These are the items we found that bear on the choice between the two orders, each with the date we read it.
- Rehearsal Parcel (feature notice from August 2025): for 20 CNY the warehouse packs and weighs a parcel before you pay its shipping. It works at parcel level, and its notice does not limit it to either order type.
- A New Year 2026 forwarding campaign, still listed on 16 October 2026: it offered to cover the domestic shipping, paid back as Shipping Coins, for parcels moved to Hipobuy from another agent's warehouse. It was a seasonal offer and we do not treat it as current.
- A shipping coupon banner on the estimator page, advertising a 25% shipping coupon on the day we looked. Coupons change weekly; check before relying on one.
Promotions are re-checked every seven days; if one here has ended, the next update will remove it.
What we re-read, and when
Last updated 16 October 2026. On that day every Hipobuy page cited on this site was re-read through the help centre's public interface and compared with our earlier copy; none had changed. The core documents are below, each linked to the original.

The forwarding and custom order screens require sign-in, so their wording comes from the interface text the site publishes for every visitor's browser, read the same day.

Please do not send order numbers, addresses or phone numbers; we do not need them to check a published rule, and we do not handle orders.
